This board is not confined to limited area but there are many regions those come under the board some of the regions those are under the board its jurisdiction consist of Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram and Kohistan comes under its jurisdiction covering an area of 17,194 square kilometers and having vast population of 3.47 million. Let us analyze the main objective of the board that is to conduct examination for 5 th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class. This board is also conducting examination for 5th and 8th class although these examinations are not compulsory. Students appear in them for practice of compulsory board examination.
